  Head Gasket & Gasket Sets

  One of the most critical components of any engine is the head gasket — which seals the cylinder head to the engine block. AJUSA offers excellent coverage for import vehicles, including sets which contain not only the head gasket(s) but all the secondary gaskets, O-rings, plugs, and seals required.

  Cylinder Head Bolt Sets

  AJUSA offers one of the broadest and deepest head bolt programs on the market. Sets come in specialized protective packaging that ensures bolt thread integrity.

  VC Gaskets / VC Gasket Sets

  Valve cover gaskets and sets are used to seal the valve cover to the cylinder head. Some vehicles require additional components such as spark plug tube seals or small grommets. AJUSA makes OE-quality gaskets for a growing number of European and Asian applications, plus sets that include all the needed ancillary parts.

  HYDRAULIC LIFTERS

  Also called cam followers or tappets, hydraulic lifters are used to keep the correct amount of clearance in the valve train of an engine. This ensures that the vehicle’s engine is quiet and operating smoothly. AJUSA has a very robust program of hydraulic lifters, all designed to OE specifications and shipped in plastic trays that keep each hydraulic lifter isolated, oiled, and protected until they are ready to be installed

  INTAKE/EXHAUST GASKETS

  These gaskets seal components in the intake and exhaust systems of the vehicle, such as the intake manifold, intake plenum, and exhaust manifold to the engine or other components.   AJUSIL SILICONE SEALANT

  Silicone sealant is used as a “gasket replacement” between two components when there is no gasket called for by the vehicle manufacturer. Quick-curing Ajusil is often used to seal water pumps, oil pumps, oil pans, and valve covers to the engine — and in some cases, transmission pans to the transmission. It is also designed to work in a wide operating range from -76°F (-60°C) to 572°F (300°C) and be resistant to oil, water, antifreeze, gas, and a wide range of greases.
