AAE Isn’t Just Steering Anymore

AAE is expanding into drivetrain components with the launch of remanufactured transfer cases for select BMW and Land Rover vehicles. Each unit is disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt using OEM components, then rigorously tested to ensure proper function and long-term durability. For shops servicing European vehicles, it’s a new way to rely on AAE.

Remanufactured Using OEM Components

All AAE transfer cases are fully disassembled, cleaned, and remanufactured using original equipment (OE) components. High-wear parts—including bearings, seals, gaskets, clutches, mounts, and internal plastics—are replaced with new. Select applications also offer encoder motor options to support different installation needs.

OE Fluid Included

Each unit ships with Rein Transfer Case Fluid TF 0870 (P/N FLDF005), the OE first-fill fluid specified by the manufacturer. Units are tested with fluid in place, drained before shipping, and arrive ready for installation.

Full Mechanical Overhaul, Not a Surface Repair

Every AAE transfer case undergoes a complete mechanical overhaul to restore the full internal system to OE operating condition. Unlike basic rebuilds that focus only on visible damage, our remanufacturing process includes inspection, cleaning, and replacement of all critical components to ensure long-term reliability and consistent performance.

Tested and Backed by CRP

Each unit is 100% tested before packaging to verify proper function and drive performance. AAE Remanufactured Transfer Cases come with a 2-year/24,000-mile warrant and are supported by CRP Automotive’s in-house technical and customer service teams.
