CRP Automotive, a leader in automotive parts and technical fluids, will showcase a wide range of new and expanded product programs at AAPEX 2026, taking place November 3-5 in Las Vegas. Located in Booth V2226 on Level 2 of the Venetian Expo, the exhibit will feature the company’s Rein, AAE, and Pentosin brands, highlighting application-specific replacement parts, upgraded components, and repair solutions developed to address common service challenges.
In addition to the latest product introductions, visitors will find dedicated displays featuring a BMW B58 engine, a cutaway remanufactured transfer case, and electric vehicle (EV) applications, along with representatives from CRP Reman.
Rein Highlights Cooling System Upgrades and Repair Solutions
Among the featured programs is Rein’s expanded Auxiliary Water Pump Program, which recently added 36 new SKUs, bringing the total to 42. The comprehensive offering combines European internal combustion engine (ICE) and Tesla EV applications, including five new pumps for Tesla vehicles and an aftermarket replacement for the Tesla Super Manifold auxiliary water pump.
Rein will also showcase its Metal Upgrade Program, which has added 20 upgraded parts over the past 12 months. The additions include cooling system upgrades for select Jaguar and Land Rover applications, incorporating aluminum and brass components in place of vulnerable factory-installed plastic parts. These application-specific solutions address known failure points across coolant hoses, pipes, thermostat assemblies, and water pump service components.
Additional highlights include the first-to-market Rein Engine Oil Separator Repair Kit (Part No. ABF0215). Developed from technician feedback, the kit allows the cap, diaphragm, and spring to be replaced on select Mercedes-Benz M276 engines without removing the complete oil separator, reducing disassembly and installation time.
AAE Expands Steering and Driveline Solutions
AAE will feature its new 14-SKU program covering Differential Lock Actuators, AWD Coupling Oil Pumps, and Differential Oil Pumps for a range of import and domestic applications. The program offers 100% new, direct-fit replacement units with no core charges, supporting AWD coupling operation, differential engagement, and torque transfer, depending on the application.
Another highlight is the first-to-market AAE New Hydraulic Power Steering Pump Kit (Part No. 5800NKTB) for select BMW applications. The kit brings together a new power steering pump, return pipe, remote reservoir, upgraded aluminum pulley, and required mounting bolts, providing the components needed for pump replacement in one package.
The exhibit will also feature AAE’s broader range of new and remanufactured steering products, including hydraulic and electric power steering pumps and rack-and-pinion assemblies.
Pentosin Showcases Specialized Transmission and EV Ready Fluids
Pentosin will highlight its FFL-4 fully synthetic transmission fluid, developed for select dual-clutch transmissions requiring precise clutch friction performance under demanding operating conditions. The fluid is an approved first-fill and service-fill solution for specified BMW dual-clutch transmissions and the Tremec TR-9080 transmission used in the Chevrolet Corvette C8.
Pentosin will also showcase its EV Ready Technical Fluids portfolio, including Pento EDF-2 electric driveline fluid and ATF 64 transmission fluid for select Tesla applications. The broader portfolio includes application-specific brake, hydraulic, and transmission fluids designed to meet the service requirements of compatible hybrid and electric vehicles.
Application-Focused Displays Highlight Repair Solutions
Beyond individual product programs, CRP Automotive’s exhibit will feature dedicated displays demonstrating how its products support specific vehicle systems and repairs.
A BMW B58 engine display at the front of the booth will feature a range of Rein and Pentosin products, including Rein’s upgraded aluminum oil filter housing, coolant flange, turbo installation components, and other engine and cooling system parts.
Also positioned at the front of the booth, a cutaway AAE remanufactured transfer case for BMW will give visitors a closer look at the internal components of an AWD transfer case. Displayed alongside it will be a Rein Transfer Case Overhaul Kit and a Rein Transfer Case Control Motor Unit, demonstrating multiple repair and replacement options for transfer case service.
The new EV-focused product section will bring together products from multiple CRP Automotive brands, including Rein auxiliary water pumps and coolant hoses for Tesla applications, Pentosin EV Ready technical fluids, and AAE electric power steering components, highlighting the expanding range of aftermarket service solutions available for electric vehicles.
CRP Reman to Highlight Complex Remanufacturing Capabilities
CRP Reman, CRP Industries’ complex remanufacturing business unit, will have its own dedicated section within the CRP Automotive booth. With more than 35 years of remanufacturing expertise, CRP Reman specializes in complex mechanical and electronic components, including powertrain and fuel system parts, emissions components, steering systems, and electronic control units.
The dedicated exhibit will feature a selection of remanufactured components demonstrating the business unit’s capabilities across multiple vehicle systems. With engineering and production operations in Michigan and South Carolina, CRP Reman combines component-level diagnostics, advanced engineering, and custom end-of-line testing to support its remanufacturing solutions.
