CRP Automotive has expanded its line of Rein Upgraded Metal Cooling System Components with eight parts for Jaguar and Land Rover applications equipped with 3.0L V6 and 5.0L V8 supercharged and naturally aspirated engines.
Replace Failure-Prone Plastic at the Source
Factory-installed plastic coolant pipes, housings, and connectors on these engines are prone to cracking, warping, and premature failure under heat and pressure.
Rein’s upgraded solutions replace the original plastic components with direct-fit metal alternatives designed to improve durability, heat resistance, and service life. By addressing the source of common cooling system failures, these components help prevent repeat repairs and reduce vehicle downtime.
Metal Upgrades Across Three Key Categories
Rein water hose upgrades feature integrated brass connectors that replace the original plastic elbow connectors. Hose clamp retaining clips are included for installation. The water hose upgrades are available under CRP Part Nos. CHU0638 and CHU0639.
Rein coolant pipe upgrades use aluminum construction in place of the original plastic welded design. The direct-fit replacements install without modification and are available under CRP Part Nos. CHU0862, CHU0863, CHU0908, and CHU0910.
Rein thermostat assembly upgrades feature aluminum housings and match original specifications for fit and function. Each unit is calibrated to maintain the proper operating temperature. The thermostat assembly upgrades are available under CRP Part Nos. CTU0049 and CTU0082.
